1. General Provisions

1.1 Scope of Application

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use services on fr333. We may request identity documents at any time to verify your age. Registering on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to use the platform is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. An account created with false information may be cancelled at any time, and all winnings associated with that account may be forfeited.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

Important: Provide your real name, address, and mobile number when registering. Identity verification is required at the time of withdrawal and must match the registered information.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

fr333 primarily serves the Bangladesh market. Access from certain countries or regions may be restricted or prohibited. Attempting to bypass these restrictions using a VPN or proxy may result in account suspension.

3. Account Management

3.1 Password Security

You are responsible for the security of your fr333 account. Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and do not share them with anyone. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3.2 Account Suspension

fr333 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Operating multiple accounts

3.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. Please complete all pending withdrawals before closing your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fr333 currently processes deposits and withdrawals through the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

4.3 Withdrawal Process

Please Note: fr333 does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own charges.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

If fr333 considers any transaction to be unusual or suspicious, that transaction and the associated account may be placed on hold during an investigation. Once the investigation is complete, transactions found to be legitimate will be processed in due course.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on fr333 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive this bonus, you must make your first deposit after registering.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the bonus received before a withdrawal from the bonus funds is permitted. The contribution of specific game categories towards meeting the wagering requirement may vary.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, providing false information, or using any other fraudulent means is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

5.4 VIP Program

The fr333 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.5%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 0.8%). Advancement to a VIP tier depends on active participation and overall activity on the platform.

5.5 Offer Validity

6. Gaming Rules
